Learn the language of your body by exploring with your breath, free movement, asana, partner poses and deep rest.
Restorative Yoga
Yoga to restore your energy levels. Using the support of props, the asanas are held for long periods of time to allow a gentle, deep opening.
Meditation
The purpose of meditation is to make our mind calm and peaceful. If our mind is peaceful, we will be free from worries and mental discomfort, and so we will experience true happiness.
To-Bal-Ance
Total body rejuvenation using the to-bal.
Breathe the Body
Break old breath holding patterns to come back to full body breathing in stillness, asana and movement.
Calm Yoga for Kids
Certified Instructors for YOGA CALM ¨, Angie and Tida create playful classes that begin with breathing exercises that calm and center. Along with postures that build flexibility and strength, they integrate games and activities that nurture your child's imagination, and connection to others through community.
Kaya Sampat Kriya
A fundamental practice of Vajra Yoga that includes self-massage and acupressure, postures, stretching, dynamic movement, breathwork, gestures, locks, mantra recitation, progressive relaxation, and meditative contemplation, to center the practitioner and align body, energy, and mind. KSK hones the practitioner's faculties and supports the manifestation of natural perfection.
